Gruffalo Double Bill

A double bill of two much loved children’s stories written by Julia Donaldson, "The Gruffalo" and "The Gruffalo's Child" will be shown in the Mermaid Arts Centre at 2pm on the 25th January. Tickets cost €5.

The Gruffalo is the story of a mouse who explores a dark wood. He meets three creatures who want to eat him for supper. To scare them away he describes a creature called the Gruffalo, but what will happen when he meets the Gruffalo himself? In The Gruffalo’s Child, the Gruffalo is living in a cave with his daughter. He warns her not to wander too far into the forest. But one night she explores the forest and meets Snake, Owl and Fox. Then Big Bad Mouse appears. What’s she going to do?
