Orson Welles' Christmas Carol

AboutFace Ireland is performing a play based on true events of the young Orson Welles and his company in 1938 performing the Dickens classic on live radio, having just lost their Scrooge.

Includes 50-minute version of “A Christmas Carol,” performed in the 1930′s American radio style, with live sound effects, and featuring actors from New York, London and Dublin. 

Suitable for ages 8 and up.  

Venue - Powerscourt Theatre, Powerscourt Townhouse Centre on Friday 20th (3pm and 8pm), Saturday 21st (3pm and 8pm) and Sunday 22nd December (3pm).
