A Sleeping Princess, The fables of Aesop and a story shop run by the eccentric Mr. Higgle Piggle – Dublin City Council's Children's Art in Libraries will explore all sorts of different stories this July and August.
With eleven programmes taking place across 9 libraries, a broad range of artists have been commissioned to create short-term Arts Programmes for kids. Inspired by Aesop's Fables, Making Fables aims to encourage participants to tell stories through simple animations of artwork, made through drawing, collage and construction.
